The Fels Institute of Government welcomed Mary Ellen Iskenderian, president and CEO of Women’s World Banking, to the Public Policy in Practice speaker series on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Ms. Iskenderian has led their global team since 2006, driving their mission of expanding economic inclusion and empowerment for women worldwide. Chronicling her work and her vision for how expanding financial inclusion benefits everyone, she published her first book, There’s Nothing Micro About a Billion Women: Making Finance Work for Women, in April 2022.

Tim Crouch is the chief strategy officer at Choose New Jersey, New Jersey’s leading nonprofit economic development organization.
Tim works across all functions to lead the strategic planning process for the organization and works with department heads to advise on future growth opportunities. He is responsible for ensuring the organization is as effective as possible, is prepared to meet domestic and international challenges, and is positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities that could be transformative for New Jersey.
Dylan has dedicated his career to public service, leading high-impact initiatives to strengthen communities across the country. He began serving his country in the US Navy, where he worked for six years as a cryptologist and intelligence analyst. After his naval service, Dylan earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government, cementing his commitment to driving systemic change in the public sector.
