Executive Master of Public Administration

Administered by the Penn College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS), the Fels Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) program is one of nine LPS graduate professional degree programs. The Fels EMPA is the traditional, practitioner-focused Fels MPA degree, designed and delivered by a team of Penn faculty members, resident scholars, and adjunct instructors to meet the needs of part-time students who are already pursuing careers in public service or the nonprofit sector, and who are drawn mainly from the metropolitan Philadelphia region.
