The Fels Institute of Government is proud to host Fels alumnus Peter Teluk, '90, for a discussion on his various legal work and involvement in Ukranian affairs. 

About the Speaker:

Peter Teluk is the Managing Partner of the Kyiv office of Squire Patton Boggs, where he represents investors in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, and real estate transactions. Teluk has served as the Ukrainian General Counsel and member of the management team of Philip Morris International. With Squire Patton Boggs, he handles FCPA, corporate, competition, shareholder agreement, real estate, labor, finance, compliance, and marketing matters.

Peter has also has a great deal of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, taxation, employment, software and hardware company legal work. He has been a senior legal counselor for a multi-million dollar company and a managing partner for an international law firm. He earned his BA in Economics and Russian from LaSalle University and his MPA in Governmental Administration from Fels. He has his JD from the University of Maryland.
