We are pleased to announce that the Fels Certificate programs have changed from a 5-course format to a 4-course format. This change will allow Fels MPA and other graduate students from the University of Pennsylvania maximum flexibility with their electives while helping to make the Certificate programs more affordable for students pursuing them as a stand-alone degree.
The Fels Institute is happy to announce that we will be accepting applications to the full-time MPA program for a January 2014 start. Space is limited, so interested applicants must submit their applications by November 1st.
Any application received after this date will be considered for the Fall 2014 start-date, for which the deadline is January 15th.
