Support Fels

Now is the time for Fels.

We currently provide scholarships to 70% of our students. Your gift to the Fels Annual Fund will enable us to strengthen the student experience through programming, internships and professional development.  With your gift to the Sweeney Scholarship Fund, we can continue to provide much-needed financial support so that our students can make career decisions based on the impact that they can have, and not the salary they can earn.

You can donate in any of the following ways:

  • By mail: send a check made payable to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania to the Fels Institute of Government, attn: External Affairs, 3814 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

  • By phone: contact Fels External Affairs at 1.215.746.6448.

  • By credit card: visit the secure website to designate your contribution to the Fels Annual Fund. You must designate the Annual Fund to ensure that Fels as the recipient of your gift.

Fels Levels of Support

Samuel Fels Circle: $7,500+
Ambassador: $7,500 over three years ($2,500 per year)
Fellow: $2,499 - $1,000
Delegate: $750 over three years ($250 per year)
Friend: $75
