Help us recruit the most promising leaders.

We currently provide scholarships to 70% of our students. Your gift to the Stephen B. Sweeney Scholarship Fund will enable us to continue providing much-needed financial support so that our students can make career decisions based on the impact that they can have, and not the salary they can make. You can donate in any of the following ways:

  • By mail: send a check made payable to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania to the Fels Institute of Government, attn: External Affairs, 3814 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

  • By phone: contact Fels External Affairs at 1.215.573.9567.

  • By credit card: visit the secure website to designate your contribution to the Stephen B. Sweeney Scholarship Fund. You must designate the Sweeney Fund to ensure that Fels as the recipient of your gift.
