Terry Spahr

Terry is a native of the Philadelphia area. Born and raised in the suburbs, he attended the Haverford School and he graduated the University of Pennsylvania in 1988 with degree from The College of Arts and Sciences. 
In 1995 he received his Master Degree in Government Administration at The University of Pennsylvania. 

For Thirty years he had been in the insurance, investment, and real estate world. Most recently as Regional Vice President for Long & Foster, the largest independent real estate broker in the country. He lead the company’s expansion in the Mid Atlantic region throughout New Jersey, Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Md. 

He Served on the Board of Directors for Long & Foster. He retired in June of 2016 from the company and turned his interests of politics, science, and the environment towards researching, writing, and producing a documentary on planet Earth and the population bomb that is slated for film festivals in 2018. 

He has 3 sons, two dogs, a cat and 10,000 bees.
