Project Name:
Program Recruitment Project
Project Type:
Strategic Plan, Marketing/Fundraising Plan
Project Overview:

The Leadership and the American Presidency program seeks to recruit individuals from a diverse set of ideologies, backgrounds, socioeconomic class, college/university type, etc. It is with a diverse group of individuals participating in the LTAP program that multiple perspectives can be shared and discussed, with real learning taking place.

Current recruitment efforts have been analyzed and from an equity lens, there are underrepresented states, groups, institutions, etc. It is our hope that a student could continue this analysis, and research new strategic plans and marketing approaches to ensure diverse representation.

Deliverable(s)
