Dana Kaminstein is an Affiliated Faculty, Center for Organizational Dynamics, in the School of Arts and Sciences. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Education. He teaches courses in organizational diagnosis, group and team dynamics, small group processes and qualitative research methods. He maintains a private practice in organizational consulting and research. He works with organizations at the group and systems level on topics of team dynamics, organizational diagnosis, critical thinking, leadership, conflict, self-reflection, and creating learning organizations. He was a Fellow at Wharton Executive Education for 25 years and focused on designing and teaching in senior level executive education programs for companies in the U.S., U.K., Japan, and South Africa. His recent research has focused on employee engagement, building collaborative teams of physician investigators and patients, organizational diagnosis, organizational observation, and developing effective consulting relationships. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
