The Philadelphia Consumer Financial Protection Task Force was created by executive order in May 2022. Members of the Task Force include City employees, Clarifi, Community Legal Services, Philadelphia Legal Assistance, private attorneys, the Office of the Attorney General, Senior Law Center, and the District Attorney's Office. The Task Force is charged with coordinating enforcement, outreach, and proposed legislation related to consumer threats in Philadelphia.

This project will assist the Task Force in creating its first annual report. The Task Force is required to evaluate and report on its progress annually for three years before making a recommendation on whether it should continue, end its work, or be reconstituted in another form. This project will not only help produce the first annual report, but will assist in developing an evaluation system to guide future reports and make adjustments to the Task Force's work as necessary.

Deliverable(s):

A draft of the first annual report and any supporting or evaluation documents or tools as necessary.

Project Timeline:

The final report should be released in Summer 2023; therefore, the draft will need to be completed in early Summer 2023 at the latest.
