On Thursday, December 9 Fels Institute of Government partnered with Oracle for a live webcast discussing the latest survey of several cities and states and their use of PerformanceStat measures to improve their operations. The results are published in a report released this week, "Smart Cities: PerformanceStat at 15," written by Fels Executive Director David Thornburgh, Christopher Kingsley (MGA '10), and Mateo Rando (MPA '11).
