P3: Couldn't Have Said It Better Myself
I was on a panel at the National Association of Corporate Directors the other day with Rob Wonderling, new CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (and a Fels grad, I might add). The topic? Greater Philadelphia's economic competitiveness and economic future. Judging from today's editorial, the Inquirer Editorial Board might as well have been in the room with us!

The lack of reasonable rental options for households in the turn-of-the-century real estate market was a contributing factor to the current housing crisis. Future crises can be avoided and long-term economic stability can be promoted through the creation of healthy rental housing markets.
