Nicole Westerman

Nicole Westerman is the Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the Budget and Administration for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She previously served as Senior Managing Consultant for Public Financial Management, Assistant Deputy Mayor for the City of Philadelphia, and Project Manager for the Christian Publicity Organization. Ms. Westerman has a Master of Governmental Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.
