Jack Thomas Tomarchio

Jack Thomas Tomarchio was recently appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Information Analysis. He is also the Founding Partner of Hill Solutions, LLC, a Washington-based professional services company that provides governmental and business consulting to for-profit and nonprofit firms (recently acquired by Buchanan Ingersoll Rooney). Mr. Tomarchio has also been General Counsel to a venture capital firm and is a Colonel in the Army Reserve, where he serves as Staff Judge Advocate of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command.

In addition, he is a co-founder of Young American PAC, a nonprofit organization that promotes involvement in public affairs. He received a JD from Vermont Law School, a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, and a Master of Governmental Administration from the Fels Institute of Government.
