Wayne A. Smith

Wayne Smith is President and CEO of the Delaware Healthcare Association, the trade group for Delaware's hospital industry. Mr. Smith retired after more than sixteen years as a member of the Delaware House of Representative, the last ten of which he served as House Majority Leader. He has received numerous awards, among them the Distinguished Legislative Service Award, the Leader of the Year Award, and the Samuel S. Fels Award for Alumni Achievement. He received his Master of Governmental Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.
