Stephen Mullin

Stephen Mullin is Senior Vice President and Principal of Econsult Corporation, which provides economic research and statistical and econometric analysis in support of litigation as well as economic consulting services to business and public policy decisionmakers. He previously served as Director of Commerce and Director of Finance for the City of Philadelphia.
