John J. Mulhern

John J. Mulhern is Director of Professional Education at the Fels Institute of Government and Adjunct Associate Professor of Classical Studies and Government Administration. Since editing The Future of American Cities (1976) and Finding Solutions for Philadelphia’s Economic Problems (1979) while at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, he has served as a consultant on economic growth issues to the Federal government, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the City of Philadelphia. Dr. Mulhern received his PhD from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
