Michael Masch

Michael Masch is Secretary of the Budget for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Masch previously served as the Vice President for Budget and Management Analysis at the University of Pennsylvania as well as Budget Director of the City of Philadelphia. Mr. Masch was a founding member of the Philadelphia School Reform Commission in 2001-2002, and received his Master of Governmental Administration from the Fels Institute of Government.
