Marcia Martinez-Helfman

Marcia Martinez-Helfman is the Senior Director of Human Resources for Comcast Cable. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Pennsylvania Hospital and Senior Vice President for the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation. She has extensive experience in training and consulting on legal issues specific to nonprofit and healthcare organizations. She also served as HR director for Fannie Mae’s Northeast Regional Office and C&D Technologies. Ms. Martinez-Helfman received her MSW from Washington University-St. Louis and her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
