Matthew Kirk

Matthew Kirk is a Managing Director with Access Financial Markets. He specializes in the structuring and placing of financial products and in providing financial advisory services to a broad range of clients on the issuance of debt and the use of derivative instruments. Matthew received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and his Master of Governmental Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Sweeney Scholar.
