John Keene

John Keene is Chair of the Graduate Group in the University of Pennsylvania's City and Regional Planning department, which administers the PhD degree program in City and Regional Planning. Mr. Keene's teaching and research includes the legal aspects of city and regional planning, land development regulation, environmental planning and law, legal and policy issues relating to brownfield remediation, and management of urban growth. Mr. Keene received his JD from the Harvard Law School and his MCP from the University of Pennsylvania.
