Michael E. Harris

Michael Harris is Associate Vice President in the Office of the Executive Vice President for the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Harris previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the School District of Philadelphia. Prior to coming to Philadelphia, Mr. Harris served as Budget Director for the City of Chicago from 1999-2002 and Deputy Budget Director for Community Development in the City of Chicago from 1993-1999. Mr. Harris earned M.S. and B.S. degrees in Political Science from Illinois State University.
