Steven Genyk

Steve Genyk is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director with Janney Montgomery Scott. He is the former Senior Vice President for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Cooporation, Managing Director of Legg Mason Wood Walker’s Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Camp Hill public finance offices, and financial advisor to the State Treasurer of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Genyk began his career as a corporate finance analyst with Lehman Brothers in New York in 1987. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, common and preferred stock offerings, interest rate swaps, and taxable fixed income financings. Mr. Genyk is a licensed Municipal Securities Principal and received his Master of Governmental Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania.
