Vince Galko

Vince Galko is a Regional Representative for the US Department of Education and the founding partner of Critical Times, Bold Solutions, LLC. He is the former Regional Policy Director for the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee, Campaign Manager for US Senator Rick Santorum, and Executive Director of the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania. In 2004, Vince served as Deputy Executive Director of President George W. Bush’s re-election campaign in Pennsylvania. He was the first member of the Bush-Cheney `04 Pennsylvania team, which went on to shatter PA political milestones for petition signatures, volunteers recruited, doors knocked, and calls made. In addition, Vince helped develop the largest Get Out the Vote Effort the Pennsylvania Republican Party has ever seen.

Vince began his career in Washington, DC, working for the Republican National Committee and Senator Bob Dole’s 1996 presidential campaign. In 1997, he went to work as Staff Assistant for U.S. Senator Arlen Specter in Northeast Pennsylvania. Vince received a BA in International Relations and Economics from Saint Joseph’s University, his MA in History from the University of Scranton, and his Master of Government Administration from the Fels Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
