G. Edward DeSeve

Edward DeSeve is a Senior Lecturer in government finance, management, and leadership at the Fels Institute of Government and a Senior Fellow at the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland. Previously, Mr. DeSeve served as Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Controller of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Deputy Director for Management at OMB. He is a graduate of Cornell University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
