Joseph Conti

Joseph Conti is the Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. He previously served as State Senator for the 10th District of Pennsylvania, representing Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Elected in 1997, he held the leadership position of Majority Policy Chairman in 2001, 2003, and 2005 and served as chair of the Law and Justice Committee, as Vice Chair of the Banking and Insurance Committee, and as a member of the Rules and Executive Nominations Committee, the State Government Committee, and the Urban Affairs and Housing Committee. Senator Conti received both his MA and his BA from The Pennsylvania State University.
