Project Name:
Corporate Sponsorship Acquisition Action Planning
Project Type:
Marketing/Fundraising Plan; Strategic Plan
Project Overview:

LAEDA is looking to expand their funding sources through corporate sponsorship. Currently, LAEDA funding largely comes from a few local grants. Their Women Business Center (WBC) program is funded by the Small Business Administration with matching funds provided by LAEDA, as the host organization. As the grant matching requirements change after Year 3, LAEDA will need to secure the program's future by coming up with an action plan to secure additional funding. It is key that the bulk of their services remain free of charge to clients. Similar programs foster relationships with corporations, with agreements to sponsor trainings, courses, or events- providing valuable funding in exchange for branding opportunities.

Deliverables will include 1) research on best practices, including insight into corporate sponsorship programs of similarly situated organizations 2) an outreach list of corporation's to reach out to 3) a fully developed and designed multi tiered sponsorship packet.
