Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Affairs, New York University - Latch proposes a credentialing system and public awareness campaign to increase breastfeeding rates and duration in New York City. Team Latch won $10,000 to fund their proposal.

2014 Finalists

Fels Institute of Government, University of Pennsylvania - BetterBAIL proposes an online bail payment system to save the Philadelphia Prison System and pre-trial defendants time and money. Team BetterBAIL won $5,000 to fund their proposal.

Price School of Public Policy, University of Southern California - LASaves proposes a web-based technology platform to engage consumers in water conservation and drought mitigation efforts. Team LASaves won $5,000 to fund their proposal.

School of Public and International Affairs, University of Georgia - Pack to Plate proposes a program to distribute fresh food to food-insecure children over the weekends and the summertime. Team Pack to Plate won $5,000 to fund their proposal. 

2013 Winning Team

Fels Institute of Government, University of Pennsylvania - re:Mind proposes an appointment reminder system for mental health patients to decrease preventable re-hospitalizations. Team re:Mind won $15,000 to fund their proposal. 

2013 Finalist Teams

Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago - Home Energy Efficiency Services Agreement proposes contracts to help homeowners afford energy efficient retrofits of their homes. Team HESA won $5,000 to fund their proposal. 

Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, New York University - CluedIn proposes a website providing user-friendly access to an interactive and comprehensive database of afterschool programs. Team CluedIn won $5,000 to fund their proposal.

School of Public and International Affairs, University of Georgia - PATCH proposes an online networking site to connect charitable organizations. Team PATCH won $5,000 to fund their proposal.
