Washington Semester Program Applications

Applicants are encouraged to complete the online application on the link below. In addition to responding to the questions on the brief form, applicants are required to submit a resume and unofficial transcripts.

Susan Sachs, Graduate Assistant to the Washington Semester Program, can also provide forms and meet with you. You are welcome to email her at ssachs@sas.upenn.edu to set up an appointment.

Participants include only undergraduates enrolled as sophomores, juniors and seniors. However, we encourage freshmen to apply as long as they have one semester of Penn grades. Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis and limited to sixteen students per semester.
