Information for Project Partners

Fels forms collaborative partnerships with external organizations on projects mainly geared toward: public management and leadership, community and economic development, and performance measurement.  Therefore, Fels bridges the gap between policy and practice by actively engaging dedicated staff, students, and faculty to solve pressing public challenges.

Faculty associated with the Fels Institute are among the top experts in the field of public administration and draw upon extensive public sector experience.  Faculty utilize their expertise and the research capabilities of the University of Pennsylvania to develop new and innovative approaches to public sector issues.  Furthermore, Fels also employs a talented team of project managers, from a variety of backgrounds, who supervise projects to ensure quality and timeliness.

How to Partner:

• Contract with Fels on a specific project – Fels will provide direct research, consulting, and advisory services.

• Sponsor a Fels intern at your organization that will be staffed by a Fels MGA student.
