Network Performance Project: Publications

As part of the NPP, a book will be developed for publication in 2008 covering network performance and governance in the public sector.

This book will include chapters on the following:

Environmental Management Networks in California - Barry Rabe
Networks in the Shadow of Government: The Chesapeake Bay Program - Paul Posner
The Netcentric Environment and Network Management in the US Intelligence Community - G.Edward DeSeve
The US Coast Guard and a Port Security Network of Shared Responsibility - Anne Khademian and William Berberich

The book will be introduced and concluded by Donald F. Kettl and Mark H. Moore.

In addition to the NPP book there will also be periodically papers and op-eds by NPP partners published here.
