5-Course Certificates in Economic Development & Growth, Nonprofit Administration, Politics, & Public Finance
The Fels certificate program is a rigorous, five-course graduate degree program that attracts a diverse group of students interested in specialized fields within the public sector. If you are pursuing the Fels MGA, enrolled in other graduate programs at Penn, or work in the Greater Philadelphia region, a Fels certificate will prepare you for a career in public finance, nonprofit administration, economic development, or politics.
Dual Degree Programs
The Fels Institute offers a number of dual degree options that enable students to pursue the Masters of Governmental Administration concurrently with another graduate program at the University of Pennsylvania. If you are interested in combining a study of governmental administration with coursework in public health, education policy, social policy, environmental studies, or law, a dual degree program will allow you to obtain two Penn degrees in an accelerated format.
