Course Registration

Current full-time and executive students are encouraged to register on-line using Penn InTouch, the University of Pennsylvania’s web-based, online registration system.

A description of current courses offered in the Fels Program can be found here. To review the Fels course timetable, which shows the scheduled times for all courses available in our program, at http://www.upenn.edu/registrar/ (please click "G" for Government Administration). You will need the following information on each course for which you plan to register:
     
Subject code: Four-letter code identifying the subject area of the course (i.e. GAFL)
Course number: Three-digit course number
Course section number: Three-digit number identifying the course section

To register online using Penn InTouch, you must have a PennKey. Enter the 'subject code’, 'course number', and 'section number' to enroll in a course.
